Selecting The Raw Materials
As this is the first step, here we will choose the type of product that will be manufactured as private label, and upon clients request we will be choosing the raw materials that will be used in the product, mainly this is divided in three types: economic product, standard quality product and high quality product depending on the clients request.
This step includes only the solution (liquid composition) that will be used for the selected product, and will be made upon the specification as agreed.
Product Specification
At this point we will be selecting the parameters and composition of the product like: type, composition, smell, pcs/per pack and extra requests of the client.
Packaging Requests
At this point we will be selecting: the type of packaging that will be used, the volume it will contain, color of the container, material type that will be used, and special characteristics.
Product Design
At this point we will be selecting: the design proposition and sketch sample, type of design, color quantity, size, composition, type of printing technology and special requests.
Storage And Palletising
At this point we will be selecting the type of storage container for the product, dimensions, material type of the container ( Carton Box, Plastic or other), number of pcs that will be stored in the container and the type of palletising ( europalete or other dimension ), labeling, and storage.
Offer And Terms of Agreement
After all of the other points are finished and an offer is made to the client and agreed upon, we will make a cooperation agreement in which we will agree on the terms and conditions from: minimum order quantity, pricing, delivery type and terms, delivery time, payment terms and at the end the signing of the contract.
